Sadat Anaku give KCCA second away win

Sadat Anaku tapped home from close quarters off Wafula’s cross in the 67th minute to hand the Kasasiro boys a 1-0 win over Busoga United.

It was a game of minimal chances in the first ten minutes with both sides approaching it with caution to avoid conceding goals in early minutes.

The first clear chance went to KCCA as the ball was brought inside Busoga’s box from Majegwa but Dennis Iguma’s header went above the bar.

Just before halftime, Busoga went close to taking the lead after Anwaru Ntege was put through on goal but his effort was saved by KCCA’s captain Benjamin Ochan.

After the break, Sadat Anaku tapped in Wafula’s cross for 1-0 as KCCA FC held on for the remaining minutes to register their third win of the season.

The victory sees KCCA FC leapfrog Vipers at the top of the log with 9 points after 3 games, Busoga United meanwhile are in the 7th place of the log with 3 points after 2 games.

Police FC are rooted at the bottom of the table with zero points having failed to register any win so far in their three opening matches.
