There was no joy in the Tourism City of Uganda as the Fortportal based Tooro Queens drew 0-0 with visiting Kampala Queens in the FUFA Women Super League game played on Sunday, February 13th, 2022. However, it was the true opposite in Soroti as Olila Women Football Club smashed their opponents’ Rhines 5-0 to send a warning signal to the other opponents.

At the Makerere University Business School (MUBS ground in Nakwa, former champions Kawempe Muslim suffered a 2-0 defeat by She Corporate.

The two sides played to goalless halftime, but the hosts in the second half managed two goals, one by Grace Nasongo and another by  Favour Nambatya’ to seal a 2-0 win over former champions Kawempe Muslim.

Moses Nkata Kawempe Muslim, the coach noted that his defence was wanting and it is an area he is to improve on before his next fixture.

“I know the injury of my star player affected us, but we shall have to go back to the drawing board to address our weak points before the next game,” Nkata said after the game.
